Bedrooms upstairs have access to a 'powder room' with toilet & hand basin
Downstairs bedroom - 1 queen bed. Overlooks the tropical garden
Sunroom - Under cover. Sliding doors lead to lakeside lawn.

Extra parking in the circular front drive - can fit 4 cars easily
